**Chi siamo**

Siamo una startup fondata nel 2023 da imprenditori seriali: **Marco Ogliengo** e **Francesco Scalambrino** hanno già fondato aziende di successo e costruito HR software per aziende “unicorni”.

Abbiamo chiuso il più grande **round di finanziamento pre-seed in Italia (4.7M€)**, a cui hanno partecipato gli imprenditori più in gamba del tech. A un anno di distanza abbiamo chiuso **il seed round a 12M€** e siamo nel top 10% delle aziende SaaS a più alta crescita al mondo.

Grazie a una crescita senza precedenti, a poco più di un anno dalla fondazione siamo già in più di 100.

L’Italia è conosciuta come il paese della burocrazia. Questa burocrazia è uno dei motivi riconosciuti per cui l’economia Italiana ristagna. **La missione di Jet: eliminare la burocrazia dal fare impresa in Italia**. Cos’è la burocrazia? Sono ore passate a decifrare normative, riempire moduli e attendere approvazioni.

Affrontiamo inizialmente la burocrazia legata alla gestione di persone e stipendi (che, con 900 CCNL e 200 tipi di assenze diversi, è demenziale e un vero freno al fare impresa). Imprenditori e dipendenti perdono ore per questa burocrazia: riempire e collettare file excel (e.g. le ferie), archiviare documenti cartacei (e.g. note spese), modificare file Word e salvarli in PDF (e.g. i contratti di assunzione), e correggere gli inevitabili errori umani in tutto questo. Sembrano problemi piccoli, ma tolgono tempo alle cose importanti (es. assumere le persone giuste) e chiarezza strategica (e.g. prevedere precisamente il costo del personale è un delirio).

Jet HR è la soluzione: una piattaforma unica per semplificare e automatizzare la gestione amministrativa del personale. È _ovvio_ che il futuro non può rimanere lento e macchinoso: con Jet stiamo anticipando questo futuro, e abbiamo una chance concreta di diventare la soluzione di default per gestire persone in Italia. **Chi cerchiamo**

Cerchiamo una figura per il team di Operations Excellence, idealmente con 1-3 anni di esperienza, che supporterà il team di Operations con progetti di miglioramento e ottimizzazione.

Ogni progetto su cui lavorerà sarà volta ad aumentare l’efficienza del team payroll o ad aumentare la qualità del nostro output. Il lavoro richiederà importanti conoscenze analitiche e una mentalità strutturata ed organizzata. Utilizzerà strumenti come Google Sheet, strumenti no-code/low-code e il linguaggio SQL per far diventare idee di progetto realtà.

**Nel concreto, vuol dire che cerchiamo questo profilo:**

*   1-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa, idealmente in startup/scaleups o consulenza
*   Sei uno/a _smanettone:_ trovi modalità precise ed efficienti per ottimizzare un processo o, ancora meglio, automatizzarlo con strumenti di no-code e low-code.
*   Forte struttura logica e analitica: inquadri bene le tematiche parlando con i vari stakeholders e ripensi i processi esistenti in ottica di efficientamento o risoluzione dei problemi.
*   Hai una mente quantitativa e buona dimestichezza con fogli di calcolo come Google Sheet o Excel.
*   Hai esperienza con il linguaggio SQL e sei disposto a lavorare su query complesse.
*   Hai completato un percorso di studi universitario in Economia, Ingegneria o similari.
*   Giochi di squadra: anche se apprezziamo i momenti di _deep focus,_ il confronto e supporto dei colleghi è necessario per il successo di questo ruolo.
*   Sei organizzato/a, preciso/a e curioso/a
*   Hunter (pirate) mindset: un modo lo trovi sempre

*   Ensuring accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for EMEA countries
*   Providing the highest level of service by advising employees on payroll-related questions, ensuring deadlines and SLAs
*   Ensuring accurate and timely data collection and validation
*   Liaising with key stakeholders, such as HR, payroll providers, and Finance
*   Forecasting salaries and bank transfers
*   Ensuring proper statutory and internal reporting
*   Participating in payroll audits
*   Streamlining and documenting internal processes and policies
*   Enhancing and establishing efficient controls to reduce risk of failing
*   Spearheading compensation and benefits initiatives in close collaboration with the HR Advisory team

**What You'll Need**

*   4+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Analyst across multiple EMEA countries, managing end-to-end cycles
*   In-depth knowledge of local income tax, social security, pension, statutory leaves, and other payroll elements
*   Hands-on experience with payroll and HR software, particularly ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro
*   Experience managing payroll integrations and complex systems
*   Experience in vendor management and working with external partners

**Nice to have**

*   Basic knowledge of Jira and SQL
*   Project management experience
*   Experience working with new legal entities

People Specialist (EMEA Payroll)

**Our mission** We're making Africa the first cashless continent. In 2017, over half the population in Sub-Saharan Africa had no bank account. That's for good reason—the fees are too high, the closest branch can be miles away, and nobody takes cards. Without access to financial institutions, people are forced to keep their savings under the mattress. Small business owners rely on lenders who charge extortionate rates. Parents spend hours waiting in line to pay school fees in cash. We're solving this by building financial services that just work: no account fees, instantly available, and accepted everywhere. In places where electricity, water and roads don't always work, you can still send money with Wave. In 2017, we launched a mobile app in Senegal for cash deposit, withdrawal, and peer-to-peer and business payments. Now, we have millions of users across six countries and are growing fast. Our goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that's where you come in... How you’ll help us achieve it Wave is now the largest financial institution in Senegal, with over 7 million users. And, we’re still in the early days of our product roadmap and potential impact on people’s everyday lives. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our People Tech team. In this role, you’ll;

*   Be embedded in the HR Tech team where you will work closely with senior People Leads, the wider People Ops teams and operational teams.
*   Navigate large data sets to identify drivers that can improve People outcomes and generate testable hypotheses.
*   Design, develop, implement and analyze experiments related to product features and operational processes.
*   Take full ownership of the analytics process - from project scoping and design through communicating findings to stakeholders.
*   Derive insights from People data, visualize and communicate these in ways that improve user and business outcomes.

*   Analyze and mine data for trends and patterns with a focus on diversity, turnover, retention, talent acquisition, reward, and other areas of the business as required.

*   Identify and communicate data issues/concerns to maximise data quality and improve insight.
*   Help find, test and implement process improvements to make our operations more efficient.
*   Ensure high standards of data privacy, accuracy, and quality are maintained.
*   Oversee dashboard and data warehouse functionality, working closely with People Operations, IT, and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, data governance, and system integrity.
*   Support People Tech in day to day adhoc requests and data change requests.

Key Details

*   This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in one of our talent hub countries (UK, Spain, USA, Canada, Kenya and Ghana) or in one of our operating markets in Africa including Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, or Burkina Faso.
*   Wave covers travel once per year to one of our operating countries in Africa, as well as a yearly stipend of $1,200 to meet with coworkers.

Requirements

*   Education and Experience

*   5+ years experience as a product analyst, data analyst, data scientist or similar role.
*   Experience working in large operational settings (example: support/call centers, product management, fleet management, supply chain operations, retail operations etc).
*   Fluency in English. French is a plus.

*   Technical skills

*   Proficiency in statistical analysis, data cleaning and preparation and data manipulation in Python.
*   Advanced SQL skills (experience with dbt is required). While data architecture is not a strong requirement, having experience in it will be helpful in this role.
*   Proven expertise in discovery, hypothesis testing and inference over fuzzy problems and large data sets.
*   Strong hands-on experience with visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
*   Excellent communication skills. You’ll be working closely with operations leads so being able to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders is a key skill we are looking for.

*   Have worked on a cross functional product team.
*   Are able to work fairly independently. This role is a senior role in an emerging team at Wave. An expectation is that you’ll be able to lead and run with a problem (with support of the broader team).
*   Can communicate clearly with your colleagues in different roles (HR Leads, engineers, data scientists, operations leads, senior management).
*   Have run a bunch of experiments and know what to do when things do not go as planned.
*   Excel at choosing the right complexity of analysis for any given business problem, from simple SQL queries to complex experimentation.
*   Have experience mentoring, training or coaching more junior analysts.
