About the role

Company Description

Recruiter da Incubo is a recruitment agency built to challenge everything that's broken in traditional hiring.

Tired of recruiters who collect CVs like trading cards — and then vanish into thin air? So were we.

We believe job seekers deserve better than endless interview rounds for roles that turn out to be a waste of everyone's time. No ghosting. No vague job specs. No interviews scheduled just to hit KPIs. We value your time as much as our clients' — which is why every opportunity we present is real, defined, and worth your effort.

Our mission is simple: honest recruiting with real accountability. We work with companies that are serious about hiring, we tell you upfront what's actually on the table, and we stay with you through the entire process — from first call to signed offer.

Role Description This full-time remote Analyst role at Recruiter da Incubo focuses on turning data into clear insights that support business and talent acquisition decisions. On a day-to-day basis, the Analyst collects and organizes data from various internal and external sources, cleans and validates datasets, and prepares reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
