US Payroll Lead

• We’re seeking an experienced US Payroll Lead to oversee and manage multi-state payroll operations for our growing organization.
• The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processing while leading system improvements and supporting a positive employee experience. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end US payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Partner with HR and Finance to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity).

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of US payroll experience, including multi-state processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance.
• Experience leading or supervising payroll operations.
• CPP certification highly preferred.
• Proficiency in major payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.
