In this role, you will:
- Lead programs and projects workstreams in the implementation of HCM and WFM solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Leave Management.
- Assess and document client HR and workforce management processes; translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Advise clients on best practices across both HCM and WFM, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and user adoption.
- Design and configure workforce scheduling and time-tracking solutions that optimize labor planning and align with regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA, union rules).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including HR, Operations, IT, and Finance—to ensure seamless system integration and data consistency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables for concurrent client initiatives.
- Support change management, training, and documentation efforts to drive user adoption and long-term success.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging product capabilities in HCM and WFM technologies.
- Leverage your experience in portfolio and resource management to drive efficiency and alignment across complex projects
- Build strong relationships and demonstrate influence across multiple levels of an organization
- Demonstrate an executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Facilitate crucial conversations to drive alignment and resolve conflict effectively
- Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve performance and growth objectives
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus), OR equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in HCM and/or WFM consulting or systems implementation.
- Healthcare industry experience is required, with a solid understanding of its unique operational and regulatory environment
- Professional certifications preferred, such as SPHR, Prosci, PMP, or equivalent
- Strong hands-on expertise with one or more leading platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos, symplr, Infor).
- Deep understanding of HR processes, workforce management operations, compliance requirements, and scheduling complexities.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations and client-facing engagements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, consulting environment
