Oracle Time and Labor Consultant

Job Title: Oracle HCM – Time and Labor Functional ConsultantLocation: Remote plus TravelDuration: 12 Months of contractKey Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Time and Labor modules. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions that align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support implementation and enhancement of Oracle HCM Time and Labor module.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Design, configure, and test time entry rules, shifts, and labor management setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring timely and accurate time tracking.
• Support data validation, UAT, and end-user training.
• Document business processes, configurations, and functional design documents.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM product releases and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years focused on Time and Labor.
• Strong understanding of integrations between Time and Labor, Payroll, and Absence Management.
• Experience with time entry rules, fast formulas, and labor costing setups.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate clearly across teams.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.

Additional Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
• Exposure to other HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll).
