• Lead and grow a team of 5–7 high-performing AEs with a combined $5M+ target.
• Act as a true player-coach: guiding strategy, mentoring, and stepping into key enterprise deals.
• Unlock the next tier of enterprise revenue, with average deal sizes of $35–40K and $100–300K+ opportunities already on the table.
• Own forecasting, pipeline development, and GTM execution in partnership with leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales leader with a strong track record in HR tech, payroll, or employment services.
• Experience driving success in scaling, fast-growth environments (not just the big brands).
• Hands-on leader who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves and supporting across the sales cycle.
• Strategic mindset, with excellent forecasting and pipeline management skills.
• High energy, resilience, and a hunger to win in a competitive space.
