What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary responder for the HR Services phone line, addressing HR-related inquiries from associates
• Manage benefit enrollment processes and assist with payroll/time & attendance inquiries
• Triage and escalate HR-related calls or cases as necessary
• Document service requests in ServiceNow for effective case management and resolution
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the HR department

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Familiarity with HR applications, particularly Workday and ServiceNow
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Must be based in the Pacific Time Zone or willing to work during those hours

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in HR or Shared Service Operations (insourced or outsourced)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience in a general or benefits specialist HR function
• Previous work experience in HR-related roles
