We’re looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team and support the design, implementation, and administration of global sales incentive programs. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant compensation processes that align with business goals and motivate our sales teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales incentive calculations, audits, and payouts.
Validate performance data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate payment execution.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Payroll to support compensation processes.
Maintain clear documentation of plans, processes, and reporting.
Handle inquiries from sales reps and managers regarding plans and payouts.
Qualifications:3+ years experience managing sales compensation programs for 50+ sellers.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Forma.ai, Xactly, Anaplan, or CaptivateIQ.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, large data audits).
Strong understanding of quotas, accelerators, draws, and spiffs.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Salesforce CRM and reporting tool experience.
