Position Overview
Nakamoto Inc. (Nasdaq: NAKA) is a remote-first company that holds a bitcoin treasury and operates bitcoin-native businesses spanning media and events, fund management, and advisory services. We are a publicly traded parent company managing diverse subsidiary businesses.
We're hiring a People Operations Manager to run day-to-day HR at Nakamoto – payroll, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and policy – and to collaborate on processes and optimizations with our subsidiary companies (BTC Inc., UTXO, and any future acquisitions). In this role, you'll report to Nakamoto’s Head of Internal Operations and work closely with leaders and HR operators across the broader organization. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and payroll, and an appetite for process development. In a given week, you might help an employee through a benefits change, process tax withholding on an equity award, run a report for the Board of Directors, roll out a new policy, and roadmap a process improvement across companies. While some of our processes are established, we’ll get to do a lot of building together to bring efficiency, clarity, and opportunity to the Nakamoto working environment.
