The Role

As a Senior Allocation Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind growth and service excellence in our critical night shift operations. Working remotely and autonomously, you'll ensure seamless shift coverage by matching the right nurses to client needs with speed and accuracy, while building trust-based relationships that keep both clients and nurses happy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage live calls/requirements from Australian clients.
• Handle urgent requests, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments.
• Match nurses to client needs with speed and precision.
• Drive growth in night shift bookings through proactive client and member engagement.
• Actively use job portals to source and recruit new nurses to expand the member base.
• Build member pipelines by sourcing overseas nurses for Australian placements.
• Ensure compliance with qualifications, registrations, and shift rules.
• Contribute to best practices across allocation and recruitment.

About you

You’re a rostering/allocations/recruiting professional, who thrives on building positive working relationships remotely, leveraging collaboration with problem-solving skills to drive growth**.**

You'll have:

• Self-driven, autonomous working style, working independently/remotely with the ability to manage calls, clients and members in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with some experience handling live client calls and building rapport and relationships remotely.
• Rostering & allocations background with proven ability to drive booking growth.
• Proactive sourcing mindset for continuous member base expansion, actively sourcing and recruiting through online platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with fast turnaround times.
• Experience with Excel, Scheduling tools, CRM platforms, job boards will be well regarded.
• Knowledge of healthcare rostering/recruitment systems (added advantage).
