Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead UI/UX Designer specialising in HR Tech SaaS with a focus on B2B web and mobile platforms. The Lead UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design process, creating innovative user experiences, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers and developers. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, developing design strategies, ensuring intuitive navigation, and refining the design process to align with product goals. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical proficiency, and leadership in creating outstanding digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and analysing user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Experience in designing intuitive interfaces for both B2B web and mobile SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and front-end frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a design team.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Background in HR Tech or experience with startup environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
