HR Advisor, 6 month FTC

HR Advisor, 6 month FTC - Charity - c£35,000 - Remote (1/2 days a month in York) This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Advisor to join a fantastic charity providing services to children and their families. Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations cases
• Delivering learning and development initiatives
• Assisting with corporate inductions
• Supporting the HR Business Partner with policy development
• Working on employee engagement and EDI initiatives
• Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects

You should be an immediately available HR Advisor with a strong HR Generalist skill set including experience of advising on employee relations issues. A track record of building strong stakeholder relationships needs to be combined with a good knowledge of HR best practice and experience of working with HR systems. A DBS will be required for this role.
