Our client is a well established charity delivering vital services across the UK. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide short term support to the organisation during a busy period. This is a fully remote role, offering an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and managers across the charity.

This position would suit an HR professional who is confident operating at pace, providing pragmatic advice and stepping into an existing environment with minimal handover.

💥 As a HR Business Partner, you will:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and senior leaders
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct and grievances
• Support managers with people related queries, policies and best practice
• Advise on organisational change activity where required
• Ensure HR advice aligns with employment law and internal policies
• Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to maintain consistent approaches

💥 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
• Strong employee relations knowledge and practical case management experience
• Experience supporting managers in a charity, not for profit or public sector environment
• Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
• Ability to work independently and quickly build effective working relationships
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
