We’re looking for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of payroll operations in France within a fast-paced international environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows French payroll inside out, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is comfortable working across global teams and systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for France, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Acting as the go-to expert for local payroll legislation, tax, and statutory requirements
- Working closely with internal teams across payroll, finance, tax, product, and customer operations
- Supporting payroll process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
- Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and compliance risks
- Helping scale and improve payroll operations in a growing global business
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience managing payroll operations in France
- Exposure to international or multi-country payroll environments
- Solid understanding of payroll compliance, controls, reconciliations, and reporting
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Experience with payroll systems, automation tools, and data analysis
- Strong English communication skills
