What will you do?
· Facilitate and design team and leadership learning experiences, webinars, and coaching sessions.
· Develop and deliver new content and resources (in-person, remote, and self-paced learning) to meet the learning needs of teams and leaders.
· Build and grow positive customer relationships through your network, creating lasting partnerships and new business opportunities.
· Assist with proposal development that is responsive to customer needs
· Administer H S A programs, including scheduling, participant communications, materials preparation, and follow-up.
· Evaluate offerings and make ongoing improvements to ensure it meets H S A standards and quality
· Sharing stories about the impact of your work, through blogs, newsletters, and social media.
· Collaborate with a fully remote team across multiple time zones, primarily through online communication.
How will we support you?
· Starting salary range for this role is $36.13 – $41.30 DOE
· We will provide training and support in developing your knowledge and skills in person-centered practices and self-managing teams.
· You will be part of a self-managing team where co-production of our vision and priorities, distributed decision-making, support, and accountability to one another are key.
· We will have regular team huddles, tactical meetings, using a combination of remote and quarterly in-person gatherings when possible.
· Flexible remote schedule with travel to training locations as needed

Skills and experience you bringRequired:
· Bachelor's Degree required, master's degree preferred
· 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a human-centered organization (e.g., health, education, or human services)
· Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging, practical, and results-oriented leadership development experiences
· Strong group facilitation skills with ability to adapt and respond to diverse learner needs
· Knowledge of leadership and organizational development theories, practices, and emerging trends
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred:
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), LearnDash and WordPress is a plus
· Knowledge of instructional design practices and strategies for measuring learning impact.
· Evidence of building and leveraging networks to generate opportunities and program growth
· Knowledge of person-centered approaches, holacracy, and self-managing organizations
· Experience with grant writing
