• Contribute to the growth and best practices of the broader tech hiring team.
What You'll Need
• Significant in-house recruitment experience within tech functions (e.g., Product, Engineering).
• Proven experience managing or coaching recruiters and a passion for developing others.
• Enthusiasm for a player-coach role combining people leadership with hands-on recruitment.
• Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders, including executives.
• Experience recruiting across a range of levels, from mid-level to senior leadership.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of attracting passive talent.
• Proficiency in using data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and processes.
