About the Opportunity:
The CLINICAL RECRUITER role is pivotal in expanding the network of licensed clinicians across various markets. This position focuses on sourcing and engaging specialized talent, building robust pipelines, and adapting strategies when conventional methods fall short. The recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and effectively communicating the unique aspects of practicing with the organization. The role contributes significantly to meeting hiring targets and supporting the organization’s capacity to deliver care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage recruiting strategies and pipelines in assigned markets
- Identify sourcing gaps and adjust engagement approaches to meet clinician hiring goals
- Manage the full clinician recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to hire
- Build pipelines using proactive sourcing, referrals, talent mapping, candidate re-engagement, and AI-assisted methods
- Innovate sourcing tactics when traditional channels underperform
- Analyze recruiting data, market insights, and trends to refine strategies
- Provide a relationship-driven candidate experience with clear communication about the clinical model and opportunities
- Handle multiple priorities and markets with adaptability
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align recruiting with provider needs
- Utilize AI, automation, and recruiting technology to enhance workflows and decision-making
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and employer branding through candidate engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or target-driven settings
- At least 1 year recruiting licensed clinicians or specialized healthcare professionals
- Proven ability in proactive sourcing and engagement of passive candidates in competitive markets
- Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and talent mapping
- Experience managing multiple recruiting pipelines and markets simultaneously
- Competence in using recruiting data and technology to inform strategy
- Comfort and curiosity in applying AI and automation tools in recruiting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for personalized candidate outreach
