Workday Change Management Specialist

Overview:

The Workday Change Management Specialist will play a key role in driving user adoption and business readiness during our Workday implementation and beyond. This role supports training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments across HR, Payroll, and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies for Workday deployments and enhancements.
• Create stakeholder maps, impact assessments, and communication plans.
• Build user-friendly training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Lead live training sessions and build content for eLearning platforms.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategy based on feedback and business needs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in change management (Workday or enterprise tech preferred).
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, or finance processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
