We are seeking a talented Administrator with a background in SuccessFactors.

Very Familiar with Success factors administrative. Not considering new entry levels (minimum of two years).
Someone with a Background - Implementation partner (3rd party support)
Top skillsets:- Success factors - administrative.-Triage and manage tickets (tier 1-3), front end to managing tickets across platform successful-Diagnose issues, work with stakeholders, and managing through the system.- Reporting: Be able to take reports in success factors. Confident in Canvas reporting or table reporting (story reporting, a huge plus).
Systems/Software: Success factors administrative and configuration to cover problem solving and changes. ServiceNow, is a plus. Any experience Payroll systems or integrations, data flows in payroll systems (any), just understanding of processes. Qaulitx system, a plus. Ingentis, is a plus or something similar (external org chart or design tool).
Degree required: Not required but a plus, what is more important is successful certifications (i.e., EC). Work experience is most important.
Your responsibilities will be divided into key focus areas:
- Operational HR Systems Maintenance: You will work to ensure all system users are effectively supported, through the management of user tickets, outages, and issues to resolution within SLAs.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the Reinforcing And Improving System Experience (RAISE) Roadmap and enhancement activity for SuccessFactors, based on user feedback optimization priorities.
- People Analytics: Deliver on reporting requests. Your expertise in data and reporting (Table, Canvas and Story) will be fundamental to the People Analytics team’s ability to provide meaningful insights.
- Provides Tier 1-3 technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems, including researching and resolving issues and providing break/fix solutions
- Manage regular audits e.g. SOX, EEO-1, by providing appropriate people data reports that ensure HR data governance compliance
- Support the maintenance of HR data health in all HR Systems
- Prepare import templates for bulk data loads into SuccessFactors, eg merit changes
- Monitor and test semi-Annual SuccessFactors release functionality
- Identify process challenges and implement appropriate corrections or improvements with associated training of the teams
- Respond to feedback to identify and deliver continuous improvement activities
- Create system reports, analysis and insights as needed
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
