What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Research and resolve inquiries submitted to the HCM Case Management system, providing timely and accurate responses
• Manage the case management escalation process and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Assist with delivering core HR processes such as onboarding, terminations, and timekeeping
• Conduct tier 1 troubleshooting and review of team member records in the HCM system
• Develop and maintain content of HR Articles to deflect cases and provide resources for team members

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred; or a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate’s degree with three years of combined experience in Customer Service and HR support
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources service center or customer service role
• At least 1 year of experience with HR systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in identifying solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive, service-oriented attitude
