About The Opportunity The Senior Benefits & Leave Administrator manages the day-to-day administration of Employ’s U.S. and Canada benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability (STD/LTD), and retirement plans. This role ensures seamless operations across vendor management, compliance, employee support, and benefits communications. A key partner during open enrollment, this individual will lead planning, implementation, and communication efforts while continuously improving processes and employee experience. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, the Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, compliant, and employee-focused total rewards programs aligned with Employ’s People-First culture. About The Team This role sits within Employ’s People Operations team, a collaborative group of eight HR professionals focused on building efficient, people-first systems that support our global workforce. You’ll report directly to the Manager, Total Rewards and partner closely with HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance to deliver accurate, compliant benefits administration across the U.S. and Canada. The team thrives on precision, accountability, and innovation, ensuring every program, from payroll to total rewards, runs smoothly and enhances the employee experience. What You’ll Do

  • Administer all U.S. and Canada benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability (STD/LTD), leave and supplemental plans.
  • Support and help lead the India benefits strategy.
  • Overseeleave of absences from initiation to resolution, maintainingtimely communication and documentation.
  • Manage vendor, broker, and carrier relationships to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead annual open enrollment, including system setup, employee communication, and post-enrollment auditing.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, eligibility, and claims resolution.
  • Create and distribute clear, engaging communications to help employees understand their benefit options.
  • Maintain compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Audit benefit data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with HR Operations and Payroll to resolve discrepancies and streamline benefit processes.
  • Support ongoing benchmarking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within Total Rewards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including disability management and vendor coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to confidentiality and service excellence.
