About the Role

Workerbee has customers seeking experienced Functional ADP Workforce Now Consultants to lead configuration, migration, and optimization of HR, Payroll, and Time modules. The consultant will work closely with clients to implement compliant and scalable solutions that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Configure ADP WFN modules for HR, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation sessions with client stakeholders.
• Support system testing, payroll reconciliation, and data migration.
• Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state labor and tax regulations.

What You Will Bring

• A minimum of five years of ADP Workforce Now configuration or consulting experience.
• In-depth payroll and HRIS functional expertise.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
