SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with extensive Employee Central experience required to join a leading global brand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Translate business needs into crisp system requirements
• Guide stakeholders through best practices, new features, and system capabilities
• Perform troubleshooting and support activities

Key experience required:

• Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience
• SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in either EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals is beneficial
• German and English speaking
