Employee Relations Coordinator

We’re hiring a Part-Time Employee Engagement Champion at United Global Technologies (UGT).

This is not a traditional HR role.

We’re looking for someone with an ** incredible personality who genuinely loves connecting with people.**

Many of our employees work in the field supporting clients across the country. Because of that, we want someone whose job is simply to stay connected to our people.

Your mission would be to:

• Reach out to employees regularly

• Check in on how they’re doing professionally and personally

• Identify where people need support

• Celebrate wins and milestones

• Keep leadership informed about morale, challenges, and opportunities to support our team

Think of this role as the heartbeat between our leadership team and our field personnel.

The right person will be someone who:

• Has an infectious, positive personality

• Builds trust quickly with people

• Is an excellent listener

• Is naturally curious about how people are doing

• Loves making others feel valued and supported

This is a part-time role (10–20 hours per week) and can be performed remotely.
