2. About the Opportunity:
The HR Generalist I supports the Human Resources team in executing core HR processes and programs. This entry-level role contributes to employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, talent acquisition, and total rewards. It provides broad exposure to HR functions and offers opportunities to develop skills in employee relations, manager support, HR program execution, and project ownership. The position plays a key role in maintaining HR process accuracy and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
3. Responsibilities:
• Support coordination and execution of HR programs such as performance management and engagement initiatives
• Assist in employee lifecycle processes including documentation, tracking, and offboarding support
• Support documentation and tracking of employee relations matters and assist in case preparation
• Participate in employee relations discussions and maintain confidentiality
• Support recruiting stages including interview coordination and candidate communications
• Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries with HR team members
• Maintain and update employee data within HR systems
• Assist with audits, compliance documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Support compensation and benefits-related processes and projects
• Contribute to HR projects by conducting research, data analysis, and process review
• Present findings and recommendations to HR team members
• Partner with HR team to support priority HR initiatives
4. Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (including internships)
• Strong interest in Human Resources career development
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
