2. About the Opportunity:

The HR Business Partner role is designed to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders within Customer and Sales teams. The position focuses on integrating commercial insights with people strategies to enhance performance, engagement, and business outcomes. This role leverages advanced AI tools to provide proactive, data-driven HR support and influence leadership decisions at the executive level.

3. Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders in Customer and Sales to shape the people agenda based on business context and metrics.

• Utilize AI tools to generate insights, automate tasks, and improve the quality of HR deliverables.

• Manage complex employment relations cases using AI-enhanced reporting and coaching leaders to handle cases independently.

• Monitor and interpret key metrics relevant to client groups to align people strategies.

• Provide constructive challenges to leadership decisions that may impact people or business risk, supported by data and AI insights.

• Develop narratives from people data to drive leadership alignment.

• Lead HR project management with embedded AI to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Build trusted relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, acting as a peer.

• Influence adoption of people programs through evidence-based change management.

• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Contribute to global People initiatives across multiple operating regions.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, including business partnering and generalist expertise.

• Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.

• Solid understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) operations and key Customer and Sales metrics such as GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment.

• Proactive in providing people insights and engaging with leaders without prompt.

• Ability to build credibility at senior levels and challenge leadership constructively.

• Strong data fluency and ability to create compelling, AI-supported narratives.

• Daily hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic workflows to enhance HR functions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance, with multi-state experience preferred.

• Proven project management skills with ability to deliver multiple initiatives independently.

• Experience advising senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and AI-augmented team development.

• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

• Keen interest in the evolving role of AI in the workforce.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
