The Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, remote role (20 hours per week), but you must be based in the Midlands.

Your primary focus will be supporting our training participants on their employment journey, ensuring they have the best chance of progressing into interviews, job opportunities, and career growth after completing our courses.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and recruitment partners in the Midlands.

Support participants in identifying suitable job opportunities, preparing for interviews, and navigating the application process.

Track participants’ progress into employment and provide ongoing support to help them succeed in their roles.

Leverage your recruitment expertise or professional connections to create pipelines of opportunities for participants.

Collaborate with the Training Personified team to align employability support with course outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment, employability support, or talent acquisition, or strong local connections with employers and networks.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your workload independently.

Passion for helping people achieve their career goals.

Midlands-based (essential).
