2. About the Opportunity: The HR Generalist role is designed for a professional with several years of HR experience, prepared to take full ownership of key programs while supporting broader HR initiatives. This position is responsible for managing new hire onboarding, immigration coordination, and the employee survey program, among other duties. The role contributes by ensuring smooth HR operations and being a reliable partner in critical processes like benefits enrollment, performance cycles, and compensation, which support organizational goals

3. Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding, including orientation, system access, equipment setup, background checks, and new hire check-ins
  • Ensure managers have documented onboarding plans and follow up as needed
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to recommend improvements
  • Handle employment verifications, unemployment claims, and legal documentation
  • Coordinate immigration cases and liaise with external counsel for visa processes
  • Organize departmental onsite events and team gatherings, managing logistics and travel budgets
  • Track employee participation in training and monitor learning and development budgets
  • Lead the employee survey program from design to data analysis and insight generation
  • Serve as first contact for employee questions, escalating when necessary
  • Support performance management, including calibration materials and compensation reporting
  • Maintain and update compensation and equity bands
  • Assist with benefits open enrollment communications and system updates
  • Support leave of absence administration and workers' compensation reporting
  • Manage HR compliance tasks such as training tracking and labor law postings
  • Provide backup support for HRIS changes, international payroll, and onboarding with EOR provider
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication during hiring spikes

4. Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles within technology companies
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, and performance management systems

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
