2. About the Opportunity:
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the People Operations team by managing a variety of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance programs, compliance, and HR technology. This position ensures smooth daily HR operations and aligns HR practices with organizational goals, contributing to the company’s growth and employee engagement.
3. Responsibilities:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and issues
• Resolve employee concerns to foster a positive experience
• Support employee engagement initiatives and new-hire orientations
• Conduct exit interviews and document feedback
• Assist with socialization, engagement programs, and management training coordination
• Manage HR systems including HRIS, rewards, learning management, and travel platforms
• Handle vendor relationships and assist in vendor selection processes
• Generate HRIS reports and maintain accurate employee data
• Assist in delivering training and monitor program effectiveness
• Communicate and administer HR policies and maintain employee records
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or related functions
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary of $61,000 plus a bonus
