Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments? Do you enjoy building scalable recruitment capability, partnering with senior executives, and elevating the end-to-end employee experience?
Sitting within a lean, high-performing People & Culture team, you’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer, Directors, and the broader leadership group to shape how the organisation attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent.
What You’ll LeadTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Own and optimise end-to-end recruitment across all levels—from graduates to senior leaders
- Proactively source, map, and headhunt talent in competitive and niche markets
- Build and refine recruitment processes, including advertising, sourcing strategies, referrals, and talent pools
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, offers, contracts, and compliance
- Champion and grow the internal referral program.
Graduate & Early Careers
- Lead multiple graduate and internship intakes annually
- Oversee campaigns, assessments, offers, and candidate engagement
- Act as the primary contact for early-career talent
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Own onboarding from offer acceptance to successful integration
- Deliver structured, high-touch induction programs
- Partner with leaders to support new hire success and acquisition integration
- Support engagement initiatives and employee feedback cycles
Employer Brand & Continuous Improvement
- Enhance recruitment and onboarding processes
- Contribute to the evolution of the EVP
- Partner with Marketing on careers content and attraction campaigns.
About You
- 10+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Deep end-to-end recruitment expertise, including proactive sourcing and headhunting
- Professional services experience (IT, Non IT) strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a high-growth, evolving environment
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to balance strategy with execution
- Proven experience building or improving recruitment, onboarding, or graduate programs
- Strong stakeholder management capability, including partnering with senior leaders
- Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and ATS platforms.
