What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of customer service
• Resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and email for Leave, Disability, and HR-related issues
• Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and personalized case management
• Respond to employee issues that arise during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation
• Collaborate with partner teams on process changes to resolve cross-functional issues and update policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience, particularly with phone and chat communication
• Knowledge and experience in HR
• Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy
• Proficiency in computer use and information research
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential employee information
