What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of customer service
- Resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and email for Leave, Disability, and HR-related issues
- Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and personalized case management
- Respond to employee issues that arise during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation
- Collaborate with partner teams on process changes to resolve cross-functional issues and update policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience, particularly with phone and chat communication
- Knowledge and experience in HR
- Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy
- Proficiency in computer use and information research
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential employee information
