About the Opportunity:

The MANAGER, PEOPLE OPERATIONS is responsible for designing and executing key people programs and systems to support the organization's growth. This role ensures that people operations processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business priorities, providing critical insights and system improvements that enable scalable and effective workforce management.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design and implementation of people programs such as engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and system/vendor renewals
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and learning & development teams to maintain consistent and efficient processes
  • Lead improvements and automation in HR systems and reporting
  • Monitor and report on people metrics for executive and board-level insights
  • Ensure compliance of policies and systems across multiple geographies
  • Support integration of employees from acquisitions into people operations systems and programs


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 8-10 years focused on people operations
  • Experience supporting and scaling organizations in high-growth, regulated, or technology environments
  • Skilled in integrating acquired employees into HR systems and programs
  • Experience managing international employee populations and compliance needs
  • Strong analytical skills for modeling and presenting complex people data
  • Proficiency with HR systems, including Workday, and leveraging technology for reporting and improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple HR programs across the employee lifecycle
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong judgment and problem-solving
  • Effective communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certifications are a plus
