About the Opportunity:

The COMPENSATION MANAGER will lead the design, execution, and governance of the program's compensation initiatives. This role is responsible for developing competitive and equitable pay practices aligned with organizational growth and talent strategy. The manager will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs support overall business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve compensation philosophy and pay practices.
  • Design and refine compensation structures including base pay and incentive plans.
  • Maintain salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey analysis.
  • Lead annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles including planning, budgeting, and system configuration.
  • Ensure timely implementation of compensation changes in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Partner with Finance on budget alignment and forecasting.
  • Conduct pay equity and internal equity analyses to ensure fairness.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations.
  • Maintain documentation and governance for compensation processes.
  • Review and approve compensation packages for talent acquisition.
  • Oversee payroll processing related to compensation changes.
  • Develop executive reporting and dashboards on compensation trends.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Experience designing and managing salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Expertise in market benchmarking and salary survey analysis.
  • Experience with pay equity and compression analysis.
  • Advanced analytical and data modeling skills.
  • Experience with Workday Compensation module or similar HRIS preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Certifications like CCP, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP are a plus.
