About the Role

We are seeking Business Development & Talent Mobility Consultants to join our growing team in Romania. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build partnerships, engage with employers across various sectors, and support candidates through the international employment process.

You will play a key role in expanding Sperton’s network of employer clients, driving candidate placements, and promoting our mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with employers and organizations seeking international or cross-border talent.
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs and propose tailored mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with Sperton’s internal team to align employer requirements with suitable candidates.
• Support internal teams throughout the candidate’s mobility process, including job matching and placement coordination.
• Promote Sperton’s Talent Mobility Services through networking, partnerships, and local outreach initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with local labor and mobility regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or HR consulting (preferably in international hiring).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Must have valid work authorization to operate as an independent consultant in Romania.
• Fluency in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
