What the Role Involves (Once Open)

As a Remote Bonus-Oriented Recruiter, you will:

• Call and message job seekers from across Europe.
• Convert applicants into hires using strong sales and communication skills.
• Use WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media to stay in touch.
• Collect documents and complete candidate profiles.
• Keep recruitment tools and files up to date and organized.
• Translate job details and provide clear guidance to candidates in English.
• Collect feedback from placed candidates — earn a €10 bonus per feedback!

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent English speaker (main working language).
• Bonus: Speak another EU language (Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Italian, Lithuanian, etc.).
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or any performance-based job.
• Love working with people and earning bonuses.
• Great at organizing tasks and working independently.
• Full-time availability, even though this is a freelance role.
• Strong emotional resilience and fast decision-making under pressure.
• Comfortable with multiple tools and channels at once.

❌ Not a Match If You...

• Avoid speaking with people or making calls.
• Only want a basic salary — not bonus-driven.
• Can’t manage your own time well or need daily supervision.
• Don’t have full-time availability.
• Struggle under pressure or in fast-changing situations.

What You’ll Get (Once Hired)

• Hourly pay: €6.96 gross/hour (~€1,200/month for full-time).
• Bonus: Earn up to €800/month based on results.
• Quarterly feedback bonus (€10 per candidate feedback).
• Robin Fund: €600/year for home office, training, or co-working spaces.
• Remote setup: Tools like Asana, Slack, Zoho, and Google Workspace.
• Onboarding, coaching, and team support

1. Assignment – a short, practical task to understand your thinking and approach
2. Interview with HR – get to know each other and see if there’s a mutual fit
3. Profile added to Robin’s Talent Pool – so we’re ready to move fast when new roles open
