A Day-in-a-Life of our P&C and Recruitment Specialist P&C and Recruitment Specialist is the glue to all the operational and team related initiatives at Eatclub. As a people-first organisation, it is your job to make sure that all employees have what they need to make their maximum contribution to the company. You will work with the Head of People across a number of projects, including our internal programs, the operational maintenance of our tools and platforms, and managing our resources in a way that is both impactful to business growth and cost-effective. On Any Given Week, You Will Be
- Recruitment: 70% - Supporting our global growth by spearheading our recruitment campaign
over the next two quarters, ensuring that hiring managers have what they need to bring the best talent into EatClub, and giving candidates a fantastic values-aligned experience. This will be the main focus of this role for at least the first 6 months as we ramp up our team for a big growth year! This will include setting up the process, supporting leaders, screening candidates and supporting the evolution of our recruitment program as we go along.
- Operations and Systems: 15% - Working with our Head of People to ensure our internal
systems are regularly reviewed and that we have data-driven measures to allow you to advise on our human resources initiatives and assist in the planning for our internal growth programs.
- People Strategy Support: 15% - We are currently building our People & Culture, so this role will
play a key part in setting the scene for the future - including defining and enforcing role boundaries and resource distribution in our internal programs and teams. Type of projects you’ll be working on at EatClub…
- Recruitment: Playing a key part in keeping the recruitment program running, from screening to
candidate comms, to coaching our hiring managers through the process, directed and supported by the Head of People. This will be the first major project this role will lead in 2026.
- People & Culture backbone: The right hand to the Head of People: we are counting on your
professionalism and discretion to help drive HR and Operational projects forward, including documentation, team building, engagement initiatives and employee records.
- Project Systems: Responsible for overseeing the performance and improvement of all project
management systems (our HRIS, Notion, P&C Roadmap and calendar, etc) and keeping records of roles, boundaries and responsibilities for the teams. Reviewing and updating our internal documentation and filing systems, including our organisational structure charts and other People Team documentation, as required.
- Internal Programs: The People Team is tasked with the user experience of the internal EatClub
team. We look after everything from Induction and on-boarding, to training and development, to team events and celebrations.
- Operational People strategy: Also support our growth and expansion into global markets to
scale the EatClub business model with focus in reproducing, managing and setting up of our operational systems, resources and physical setup to support the growth of our business. You have….
- A background, interest or curiosity in human resources and operations management, and/or
recruitment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, in particular when it comes to employee records and
documentation.
- A sixth sense about prioritisation and delegation.
- The power to produce great experiences - both internally and externally - with a limited budget
and timeline.
- The ability to communicate with patience, kindness and clarity both in person and in writing.
It would be extra awesome if you also had…
- Familiarity with lean startup methodologies or working in environments with limited resources.
- A proven track record, and enthusiasm, for driving recruitment campaigns in tech.
- Dexterity with online tools (Notion, Employment Hero, HiBob, Google Suite, etc).
- A background or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or internal people programs.

- Mastery of spreadsheets and Google Suite tools.
- Able to start a project with limited information.
- Excited to take the next step in your business management, people, or human resources career.
