Talent Development Partner - Innovative Engines and Energy Company

Senior Talent Development Partner Overview This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned talent development leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and is ready to shape the next evolution of leadership growth, organizational learning, and talent management within a modern enterprise. This assignment is fully remote and supports a Monday through Friday schedule from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon. The engagement spans three to six months and selected candidates will participate in a forty five minute virtual interview. Core Focus Areas

Ideal Background A bachelor degree in human resources or a related area is preferred although extensive relevant experience will also be considered. Ten or more years of progressive experience in talent focused work is expected. Candidates should demonstrate comfort working with leaders across varied time zones especially those aligned with the eastern United States.

• Experience in enterprise level talent development or talent management
• Previous partnership experience supporting business leaders
• Consulting exposure within professional services environments
• Familiarity with global organizations and matrixed structures
• Strong presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
