  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers and HR stakeholders, providing market insights, recruitment best practices, candidate availability, and guidance on hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and documentation within the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline activity, challenges, market conditions, and hiring timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, efficiency, candidate experience, and overall hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally supporting professional, specialist, technical, or corporate positions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience sourcing and assessing candidates for professional, specialist positions.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Experience supporting talent attraction initiatives, recruitment marketing, or employer branding is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of German labour laws and familiarity with Works Council (Betriebsrat) processes would be an advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify and engage qualified professional talent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed client and internal teams.
  • Experience supporting talent attraction initiatives, recruitment marketing, or employer branding is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of German labour laws and familiarity with Works Council (Betriebsrat) processes would be an advantage.

What We Offer
