About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes primarily focused on sales positions. Your primary goal will be to attract, identify, and onboard talented professionals who align with our company's growth objectives and culture. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across departments to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Your expertise will contribute significantly to building a high-performing sales team that supports our strategic vision and operational excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed university degree or a comparable professional qualification. You should have at least two years of professional experience in recruiting, particularly focusing on sales roles, with additional familiarity in the (electric) mobility industry being advantageous. Proven expertise in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection—is essential. You must demonstrate confident communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at various organizational levels. A structured, autonomous working style, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach are crucial. Fluency in both German and English (C1 level) is required to facilitate collaboration within our international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for sales positions, from creating job descriptions to final hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with department managers and senior leadership to develop tailored job advertisements and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through active sourcing techniques, including networking and direct outreach.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring teams.
  • Assist in making competitive offer proposals and manage the offer process, including necessary negotiations and approvals, especially in coordination with the works council.
  • Support internal mobility initiatives to promote career development within the organization.
  • Serve as the primary contact for applicants, hiring managers, and internal teams on all recruitment-related topics, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
