About the Role
From initial assessments to full-scale transformations, you’ll play a key role in delivering Workday (HCM) solutions — with a specific focus on Talent, Performance, and Absence.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the hands-on lead for Workday Talent, Performance, and Absence on assigned projects, configuring and streamlining processes for optimal impact.
- Facilitate design sessions, capture business requirements, and develop creative configuration solutions that solve real-world challenges.
- Collaborate with customers and HRIS teams to support the annual compensation cycle and provide project-based functional support.
- Manage all project phases, including documentation, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production (hypercare) support.
- Foster an innovative, team-centered culture, contributing to ongoing improvements across HCM systems and processes.
- Enhance system integrations between Workday and internal applications to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
- Leverage your consultative approach to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project deliverables and supporting documentation.
- Partner closely with HRIS colleagues to test internal changes and upcoming Workday releases.
- Deliver the highest level of customer support, using internal ticketing systems and proactive communication.
What You Bring
- Proven experience delivering Workday Talent, Performance, and Absence implementations.
- Strong understanding of Core HCM functional areas and their interdependencies.
- Track record of delivering projects within a structured methodology.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Workday functional roles.
- Workday Certifications: HCM Core, Talent, Performance, and Absence (preferred).
