Reports to: Director of HR
Location: United States (remote)
Salary: 145K-170K
About Our Team
We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account spanning 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we deliver best-in-class security solutions through a highly integrated model that includes Security Operations, Business Operations, Operations Support, Human Resources, Training, and Environmental Health and Safety. As part of the People Experience team, you will work alongside senior global leaders to enable a complex, fast-growing program operating in a highly matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment.
About The Role
The Sr. HR Program Manager (HRPM) is a senior leader responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and execution discipline to strategic HR initiatives across the Datacenter Physical Security business. This role will help the People Experience team plan, prioritize, and deliver key programs and projects in a complex, fast-growing environment while ensuring leaders have a clear view of what is coming ensuring leaders have a clear view of short- and long-term milestones, goals, and roadmaps
You will play a critical role in delivering key strategic outcomes in alignment with the People Strategy, including building and managing program plans, leading cross-functional initiatives, enabling HR Business Partners and recruiters through better tools and processes, supporting budget build activities, and helping the team use data, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to drive stronger business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
As the Sr. HR Program Manager, you will lead planning and execution for major People Experience programs, including succession planning, talent management, compensation and performance cycles, engagement, recruiting initiatives, budget build, and workforce planning. You will create program roadmaps, manage milestones, clarify owners and decision points, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional partners, and ensure initiatives move from concept to execution. You will also identify manual, repetitive HR processes and partner with stakeholders to redesign them using automation tools, reporting, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions that reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and make HR Business Partners, recruiters, and leaders more effective.
What You Need To Apply
We are looking for a senior program management leader with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, operations, technology, or a related field, and 7+ years of program or project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional teams. Deep HR expertise is helpful but not required; the stronger requirement is systems thinking—the ability to understand how people, processes, tools, data, and operating rhythms work together to create scalable, reliable outcomes.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and program management skills are essential, including the ability to manage complex initiatives, align cross-functional partners, and translate ambiguity into clear plans, timelines, risks, owners, and executive-ready updates. Experience with business systems, advanced Excel, reporting, process improvement, workflow design, change management, and leading cross-functional teams is critical.
The Ideal candidate will bring senior-level program management capability, strong systems thinking, and the ability to connect people, process, technology, data, and governance into practical solutions. Experience across the employee lifecycle is valuable, but this role is equally suited for a leader who has managed complex programs and improved how teams work through better planning, reporting, automation, and adoption.

All applicants to this role must have reliable means of communication, reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work, the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, and the ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
