🏢 HR Systems Contractor – Dayforce (Remote | Part-Time)
We're partnering with a large, global technology and manufacturing company to find a sharp HR professional who knows their way around Dayforce and can hit the ground running on day one.
The Role This is a part-time contract opportunity supporting an established HR operations team with employee onboarding and offboarding administration inside the Dayforce platform. Flexible hours, fully remote, and a straightforward scope — ideal for someone who wants meaningful contract work without the 9-to-5 grind.
What You'll Be Doing → Processing new hire onboarding workflows in Dayforce → Managing employee offboarding and system updates → Maintaining accurate employee records within the platform → Partnering with HR team members to ensure smooth system execution
What We're Looking For → Hands-on Dayforce experience — this is non-negotiable → HR admin or generalist background → Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently → Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage in a remote environment
The Details 🕐 20–30 hours/week | Flexible scheduling 💻 Fully remote 💰 $28–$35/hour depending on experience
