2. About the Opportunity:
The People Systems Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the organization’s people-related technology systems and analytics. This role ensures data integrity, system compliance, and performance while leading projects that align technology with organizational goals. The position serves as a key contributor to the employee experience by managing system implementations, integrations, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the People Team and business leaders.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage People Systems roadmap by identifying gaps, proposing future states, and prioritizing initiatives
• Lead Workday implementations and release projects including scoping, scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Collaborate with People Team functional owners, IT, and Payroll to define requirements and improve processes
• Support annual People Team processes such as compensation cycles, open enrollment, and talent management
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for People Team and business leaders
• Define and track key metrics aligned with organizational priorities and enable access to real-time data
• Provide system and end-user training, documentation, and support for adoption and user experience
• Manage vendor relationships and consultant resources related to People Systems
• Oversee system configuration, audits, integrations, and maintenance to ensure information security, data accuracy, and SOX compliance
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; manage workflows and security policies
4. Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of HRIS experience including Workday
• Familiarity with HR business processes such as payroll, benefits, and job changes
• Experience with Workday integrations; ability to build simple integrations preferred
• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills managing complex initiatives
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence, guide, and train others
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range for this role is between $115,700 and $131,200. Actual pay within this range depends on residence location, prior work experience, and other factors. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation not included in this range.
