IV Process: 2-3 rounds, on-camera, 30-45 mins per IV. Position Summary As an Analyst I supporting Colleague Relations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our colleagues, offering expert guidance on a broad range of issues and concerns, including but not limited to reasonable accommodation, workforce reduction, colleague performance, attendance and policy interpretation. In this role, you will respond to a significant volume of calls from colleagues seeking guidance. You will provide timely and effective solutions to colleague issues during the initial contact. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional support to other departments as required. Experience

• Leadership experience can substitute for 2+ years of practical experience and understanding in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or as an HR Generalist.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior mentoring, leadership, mediation, or consulting experience
• Knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws and regulations
• Solid real time problem solving and decision-making skills
• Certifications: PHR/SPHR and/or CP/SCP (SHRM)

Education HS diploma/GED required, Bachelor s Degree preferred; or equivalent years of work experience may substitute. What days & hours will the person work in this position? List training hours, if different. Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p EST or Monday-Friday 10:30a-7p EST
