About the Opportunity:
The Manager, People & Culture will shape the employee experience from onboarding through ongoing development, ensuring alignment with the organization’s culture and growth. This role designs and implements programs that connect employees to company values, foster professional growth, and enhance engagement. It balances strategic planning with hands-on execution across key employee programs including onboarding, engagement surveys, recognition, internal communications, and learning initiatives, working closely with the People Team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve the onboarding program for new employees
• Collaborate on new hire orientation to ensure a consistent, welcoming experience
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and systems with People Operations
• Use employee feedback to enhance onboarding
• Oversee engagement survey processes including vendor relations, rollout, communication, and analysis
• Help leaders translate survey results into actionable engagement plans
• Track engagement trends and assist leaders in improving team engagement
• Support ongoing employee listening and feedback mechanisms
• Plan and support employee experience programs tied to onboarding, learning, and culture
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets
• Coach People Experience team members to deliver inclusive and aligned programs and events
• Partner with external vendors to deliver leadership and professional development programs
• Coordinate program schedules, communications, and participation
• Support manager training and development initiatives with People Team and vendors
• Manage employee-facing People communications for clarity and consistency
• Assist with the launch and maintenance of the internal intranet and employee resource hub
• Ensure easy employee access to People policies and resources
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of experience in Employee Experience, Engagement, Learning & Development, People Programs, or related function
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proven ability to design and execute employee-facing programs such as onboarding, engagement surveys, and learning initiatives using data-driven approaches
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets
• Experience working with external vendors, especially for learning and development or engagement surveys
• Experience in fast-growing company environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000 plus bonus
