About the Opportunity:

The INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER role supports the organization's digital-first learning strategy by creating engaging, learner-centered experiences that enhance knowledge, skills, and employee performance within the evolving workspace model. This position is critical for enabling employees to adopt new technologies and processes confidently, ensuring they can perform independently as the workspace continues to develop.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop learning experiences that convey the purpose and business context behind new technologies and workflows.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify performance gaps and appropriate learning solutions.
  • Design and develop multi-modal learning materials, including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and performance support.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to align learning objectives with desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and product teams to translate complex content into clear learning materials.
  • Create learning objectives, storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and supporting resources.
  • Design scenario-based activities and simulations to apply skills in realistic contexts.
  • Assist in designing digital learning and in-app support using platforms like Whatfix.
  • Manage instructional design projects from inception through deployment and evaluation.
  • Conduct quality assurance to ensure content accuracy and engagement.
  • Analyze learner feedback and performance data to improve learning solutions.
  • Update learning materials in response to evolving business needs.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance instructional design efficiency and quality.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience designing and developing learning content for adult learners in corporate or commercial settings.
  • Experience designing learning solutions across multiple delivery modalities.
