Customer and Internal Enablement Manager

About the Opportunity:

The organization provides modern HR compliance training solutions for a mobile-first workforce, enabling companies to build safer, more positive, and inclusive workplaces. This role supports the development, management, and standardization of internal and client-facing knowledge resources, onboarding programs, and enablement materials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Notion, LMS, and the customer knowledge base.

• Build onboarding and enablement programs for Customer Success and Sales.

• Create and update technical documentation for internal and customer audiences.

• Develop enablement materials and workflows.

• Collaborate with teams to capture expertise and standardize information.

• Produce Academy content and maintain curriculum structure.

Requirements:

• Skilled technical writer.

• Experienced in knowledge management.

• Proficient with Notion, LMS tools, and knowledge base platforms.

• Able to design enablement and onboarding programs.

• Comfortable in hands-on execution.

• Experienced in SaaS or technical education environments.
