🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and learning sessions
• Maintain training materials, documentation, and records
• Support onboarding and development initiatives for employees
• Monitor participation, completion rates, and effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate with HR, managers, and external trainers to deliver learning solutions
• Assist in developing content, presentations, and learning resources
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and programs

✅ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in training, HR, or learning and development support
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms
• Ability to coordinate multiple programs and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
• Based in Australia with full working rights
