About the Opportunity:

The Associate Resource Coordinator role provides critical support to the Resource Coordinators Professional Services team to ensure effective allocation of resources to customer engagements. The position involves daily collaboration with Resource Coordinators, Leadership, and Project Managers to maintain accurate resource schedules and conduct analysis on forecasted schedules. The role reports to the Manager of Services Operations globally and works with other Services Operations team members.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Resource Request Queue to reflect staffing decisions for professional services engagements in PSA solutions (FinancialForce)
• Create and manage resource requests and bookings for professional services engagements and resources in PSA solution (FinancialForce)
• Enforce process compliance with consultants to maintain system hygiene in the PSA tool
• Track and report internally on scheduling status for Professional Services to ensure timely scheduling and staffing of engagements
• Handle incoming staffing inquiries from delivery and sales teams
• Maintain written policies and procedures for assigned functions
• Run reports and provide analysis on utilization trends, pipeline forecast, and resource capacity to support strategic scheduling and staffing decisions
• Maintain the Skills Repository and implement the skills program for resource management to ensure accurate skills data for staffing decisions
• Manage and complete resource change requests and set up of new hires in PSA along with other resource maintenance
Requirements:
• Four-year degree (or equivalent) with emphasis in Business Management or related field
• 1 year performing similar duties or 1-2 years experience in customer service and operations with knowledge of a professional services firm
• Ability to handle multiple tasks using strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally and productively with customers and internal team members at all levels
• Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• May require periodic passing of alcohol and/or drug tests during employment

Compensation:
• Base salary range for all U.S. candidates is $57,000 to $90,000 per year
• Eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401k
