We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across various roles. This position is ideal for someone experienced in tech hiring who thrives in a fast-paced, candidate-focused environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., engineering, IT, product)
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
• Stay up to date with hiring trends and talent market insights

✅ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineering, DevOps, data, etc.)
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines
• Based in Australia with full working rights
