Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll Consultant
RED Global are supporting a major Oracle Fusion transformation (EBS > Fusion) programme within the UK public sector.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Payroll solutions across a large-scale UK wide environment.
The Role
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant, you will lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence solutions, ensuring best practice configuration and delivery within complex UK public sector environments.
You will act as a trusted SME, driving workshops, supporting testing activities, advising on integrations and data migration strategies, and translating complex technical concepts into clear business-focused solutions.

- Role: Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll Consultant
- Location: UK (Fully remote - Some travel for workshops etc)
- Duration: 12 month contract + potential extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations for UK public sector clients.
- Configure and support Payroll and Absence modules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops, CRPs, playback sessions and stakeholder demonstrations.
- Support SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel Run/Reconciliation and Hypercare activities.
- Advise on integrations, reporting and data migration requirements.
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formula solutions.
- Utilise Oracle HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reporting and Payroll Batch Loader.
- Produce status reports, RAID logs, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with technical, functional and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
